In 1999 due to popular demand Monte Vista Farming entered the inshell market. For the past 10 years we has been refining the process of hulling and packing inshell with the goal of exceeding our customers quality expectations. When packing inshell we are careful to pay attention to moisture, dissimilar, foreign material, loose meat and insect levels.
